A native of Fermoy who was a founding member of legendary (in Fermoy!) punk outfit "The Probability of the Impossible". The Prob are best remembered for songs such as "The Angelus", "Garda Patrol" and "Suburban Blues" which the band performed for RTE's "Youngline" TV show (1858). Later philip fronted local guitar crazies "The Winchesters". A subsequent incarnation of this band, "Crystal Kitchen", appeared on "Go For It", the RTE/BBC TV talent show (I know, I know, embarrassing!). Since moving to Germany in 1996, philip has concentrated on songwriting and solo projects, the latest being "sodium".
